The role is initially based in Balzers, Liechtenstein with the likeliness of relocating to Bermuda after 12-15 months

  • Monitoring of all business activities of the group related to financial risks including risk-reporting and financial controlling;
  • Manage local risk & controlling requirements;
  • Identify, monitor, assess all financial risks and plan/implement necessary control actions;
  • Adhere to changes of the relevant risk requirements in regards to Funds managed by Anarosa and other Group sponsored Funds and prepare regular risk reporting to the stakeholders;
  • Provide the Group Management an adequate MIS in order to ensure the appropriate management of market risk, liquidity risk, credit risk;
  • Reconciliation and data controlling activities of all funds/investment vehicles;
  • Advise executive management and the advisory desk with specific transactions;
  • Participate in projects relating to the fund management system.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in business administration or finance/controlling
  • Risk specific education e.g. FRM advantageous;
  • Minimum 3 years of work exposure in risk controlling, risk management and financial products;
  • Preferably banking/asset management or treasury background with exposure to investment funds and/or direct involvement in business transactions/operations;
  • Ability to handle and structure complex projects/tasks efficiently;
  • Very good presentation skills, strong communicator to interact with decision makers;
  • Represent our licensed entities towards Regulator of the Jurisdiction in regards to risk topics;
  • Proficiency in English spoken and written, German would be an additional asset.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, being flexible and able to work within a very dynamic and challenging environment;
  • High flexibility in regards to personal relocation to Bermuda within the group organization after a training period of 12 – 15 months;
  • Team player and motivated self-starter with strong organizational and sound interpersonal skills;
  • Pragmatic but with a high level of attention to detail and an eye for computational details with a high level of accuracy;
  • Persistent and willing to master given responsibilities, high level of patience to delve into deeper levels of analysis;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential matters.
